Saturday Camp
Tom Sawyer Saturday Camp is an active, outdoor program for children 3 years old through 8th grade. Saturday Camp provides campers with safe, outdoor activities, and connections to other campers and counselors. Campers in Saturday Camp are with up to 12 campers and 2 staff in PK, lower elementary, upper elementary and middle school groups.
This is an all outdoor program with activities like archery, games, hikes, horses, climbing wall and other TSC fun! Please dress accordingly as the weather changes.
Saturday Campers need to bring a lunch. Campers should wear weather appropriate clothing, sunscreen, closed toe shoes and a hat. Campers should bring a small backpack with snacks, a refillable water bottle, and a sunscreen stick.

HORSE BACK RIDING LESSONS
Tom Sawyer Camps operates an entry level riding program designed for novice to beginner riders who would like to develop familiarity and comfort around horses as well as obtain basic equestrian skills.
Horseback activities meet at the Corral in the park. Wranglers will greet you in the parking area when you arrive. A map and instructions will be emailed after scheduling.
Horseback riders need to bring a refillable water bottle and should wear weather appropriate clothing, sunscreen, and closed toe shoes.
STEP 1: Register online. STEP 2: Our office will contact you after your registration is complete to coordinate scheduling. Lessons are offered throughout the day Monday to Saturday.
- Private Lessons are for campers age 4-14 (45 minutes)
- Private Lessons are $60 (one on one instruction)
HOLIDAY CAMPS
Tom Sawyer Holiday Camps are an active, outdoor program for children 3 years old through 8th grade. Holiday Camps provides campers with safe, outdoor activities, and connections to other campers and counselors.
Each camp day runs from 9:00-3:00PM and campers are grouped with up to 12 campers and 2 staff in PK, lower elementary, upper elementary and middle school groups. They participate in an all outdoor program with archery, games, hikes, and TSC fun!

School Year FAQs
What about Health and Safety?
Tom Sawyer Camps follows all the Day Camp Health Orders issued by the City of Pasadena and Los Angeles County. Campers should not come to camp if they are not feeling well. Campers and staff will have a daily health screening and temperature check, wear a face covering, practice physical distancing and regularly wash hands. What happens if it rains?
Since we are 100% outdoors, occasionally we cancel program due to rain, poor air quality or heavy winds (especially horse programs). We will always notify you as soon as possible if this happens. Please remember to always send your camper in weather appropriate attire.
What if I need to reschedule/cancel?
Rescheduling: There is no charge for rescheduling sessions.
Cancellations: Receive a full refund minus the $25 non-refundable deposit if you cancel 3 days prior to your session start date. Cancellations should be emailed to info@tsc.camp with as much notice as possible.
Once a session has begun there are no refunds. If your camper cannot attend because of an extended illness or accident, a pro-rated account credit or refund will be issued at the discretion of the Director. Proof of illness by written statement of a licensed physician may be required for any type of credit or refund offered by camp.
What if camp has to close?
If the camp must close by order of the State of California, Los Angeles County or City of Pasadena Health Department, you will receive a full prorated refund less the $25 non-refundable deposit.
